Phinder®

Terms of Service and Acceptable Use

Using Phinder

Phinder is a pilot service for finding research expertise and helping FoU-bisyssla cases become possible. It is intended for researchers, companies, public-sector actors, universities, and civil-society organisations using the service for research, development, innovation, and collaboration purposes.

Permitted Use

You may use Phinder to search for relevant expertise, review generated match and profile context, claim or manage your own researcher profile where supported, and explore whether a FoU-bisyssla or related research-and-development engagement could be a good fit.

Prohibited Use

Researcher Profiles and Matches

Generated matches, profile summaries, and expertise descriptions may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They should be treated as decision support, and important details should be checked before decisions, outreach, or engagement discussions.

FoU-bisyssla and External Engagements

Phinder may support early FoU-bisyssla and external-engagement pilots by helping researchers, clients, universities, and Phinder align around suitable cases. This support is exploratory and may happen manually or outside the website. Researchers and clients interested in this kind of engagement are welcome to contact Phinder. Any engagement remains subject to separate agreement, researcher availability, and any institutional, employer, or policy approvals that apply.

Pilot Availability

During the pilot phase, access to Phinder may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn as the service is improved.

Service Disclaimer

Phinder is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or that any result will be complete or accurate.
